The ABC Board Purchasing Section controls the distribution of alcoholic beverages to all ABC stores using computerized statistical computations which are supplemented by reports from store personnel and other recommendations. This series is composed of Merchandise Invoices provided by the Purchasing Section for the warehouse to load merchandise for shipment to ABC stores. Inforfmation found on the invoice includes date, store number and address, ABC code number, merchandise (by case/bottle) to be shipped, authorization of shipment, and name of contract carrier. Copies of the invoice are maintained by the warehouse, Accounting Division, the carrier, and the individual ABC store to which the merchandise is shipped.
